Piramal School of Leadership, a part of Piramal Foundation, believes that unlocking human potential through self-transformation is the pathway to public systems transformation. Our approach is anchored in our deep belief that all public system leaders want to serve and transform the system. Each one has an innate potential and Sewa Bhaav (intent to serve) to do so.

As a key partner in building a compassionate nation, we support the public officials through building their leadership skills, their sense of personal agency and sparking their Sewa Bhaav while simultaneously strengthening the public institutions through optimising their processes, practices, and governance.

Our unique model of ground support through Gandhi Fellows and Karuna Fellows, comprehensive omnichannel support through continuous learning interventions like Professional Learning Communities, Live Action Projects, and most importantly collaborations with multiple state governments and other multi-sectoral organisations over the past 15 years has facilitated systems transformation at scale in the domains of Education, Healthcare, Climate, and Inclusion.
