Theory of Change
The School of Education and Systems Change (SoESC) aims to co-create a state strategy and focuses on building a holistic curriculum in pedagogy. This strategic foundation sets the stage for transformative initiatives within the education system. The cadre of master facilitators created at the state and district level will serve as catalysts for change, ensuring the effective implementation of the holistic curriculum. It also emphasizes building the capability of middle managers to enhance service delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within educational institutions.
SoESC believes that personal transformation is coupled with organizational strengthening to unlock SEWA Bhaav (the spirit of service) across all levels of public systems and leaders. This comprehensive approach seeks to bring about sustainable changes in the School of Education, fostering a culture of service, continuous improvement, and holistic learning.
