Leadership Development (LEAD)

Leadership aims to unlock Sewa Bhaav in public system leaders through driving personal transformation and organizational strengthening.

Our leadership development model is founded on the belief that every individual can cultivate an ‘Agency to Serve’ through a 2-pronged approach of personal transformation, leading to Systemic transformation. Through LEAD, we are driving forward the notion that empowered individuals can spark meaningful change within public systems when given the right tools and support. The Center for LEAD seeks to evoke a sense of service in public system leaders by fostering personal transformation and strengthening organisations. Through the LEAD Initiative, we aim to cultivate four pillars in public servants across India, ensuring they feel empowered to drive transformation and experience true fulfilment in their roles.

Through tailored programs and experiences, the Center for LEAD aims to empower middle managers to lead with resilience, foresight, and a profound dedication to enhancing educational outcomes. To drive this widespread transformation, they ensure the Omni Channel Approach (OCA) of middle managers to enhance their competencies and build 21st CC leaders.

Leadership development involves the deliberate and systematic cultivation of skills, knowledge, and qualities essential for effective leadership within the educational system. It also emphasizes adaptability in navigating the dynamic landscape of education, fostering innovation, and promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Through targeted programs and experiences, the education department aims to empower middle managers to lead with resilience, vision, and a deep commitment to the enhancement of educational outcomes. To transform schools at scale, Leadership development center of excellence of PSL ensures CPD of middle managers to improve their competencies and ensure overall academic improvement and excellence.
