Mission Buniyaad

Mission Buniyaad (MB) was launched with the goal of improving access to digital learning and adaptive education for girls in Rajasthan. The program integrates a blended learning model combining digital tools with offline teaching methods—such as revision support, pre- and post-testing, and personalized content—while also strengthening teacher capacity and enabling real-time, data-driven decisions for stakeholders at all levels.

A core component of MB is enhancing the state’s ICT infrastructure through content development, training, usability improvements, and strong governance mechanisms. The mission focuses on three foundational pillars of education:

Access

Reducing dropout rates among girls and equipping 10 lakh girl students with digital learning resources.

Equity

Closing the gender gap in learning through girl-specific pedagogy and curriculum.

Quality

Improving learning outcomes and board exam performance across key grades.

MB operates under a 3+1 year MoU with the Rajasthan Council of Education and the Government of Rajasthan, aiming to empower girls in all 33 districts of the state.

Interventions

Mission Buniyaad targets improvement across all three crucial aspects of education, which whereby comprise of:
